Documentation Negotiation

Derivative Advisors protects clients’ interests by negotiating all documentation involved in the hedging process including the ISDA Master Agreement, ISDA Schedule, Confirmation, and Credit Support Agreement. We coordinate hedge documentation with the financing documents, review all documentation for accuracy, and recommend actions when appropriate.
